Classroom and AV Services offers an equipment checkout service to all UW employees, UW Hospital and Clinic employees, and students. Reservations can be made online and picked up from the Classroom and AV Services counter at 1240 HSLC.

• Reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
• Equipment may be checked out for a maximum of 24 hours.
• Delivery and setup is available on a limited basis to CSC and HSLC rooms only.
• A valid University or Hospital ID is required for check-out.
• Customer is responsible for damage, theft or loss.
