- Courses and Regulatory Meetings are guaranteed classrooms.
- Courses are given first priority for room assignments.
- All Courses (timetable & non-timetable) will be scheduled according to the published campus timetable deadlines and timetable/course representatives are responsible for making reservations.
- After course assignments have been made, classroom space is released for General Reservations according to this schedule:

What's considered a course?
In addition to campus timetable courses, we consider anything to be a course that has students who meet at a regularly scheduled time where education is imparted in a series of lessons, lectures or class meetings.
