In addition, select courses from the School of Pharmacy and other Health Sciences programs rely on the HSLC for instructional space. Therefore, these courses are given first priority status in scheduling HSLC space. While every effort is made to schedule these courses in advance, last minute changes may necessitate moving other events. HSLC Classroom Reservation Policy CSC Classroom Reservation Policy Meeting Rooms @ HSLC Departmental conference rooms that are available for general use are listed below. Contact information and room size is also listed. Business meeting rooms were planned to support the conference needs of HSLC occupants but are available to other Health Sciences users. Reservations will generally be made for individual meetings rather than for standing or recurring meetings. Scheduling and viewing rights will be granted on MeetingMaker for 4141, 4250 and 2158. The Ebling Conference Room (3330) and Computer Training Lab (2121) are scheduled through the links above and Marie Koch should be contacted with any questions about reserving these rooms.
